Olympiacos will miss three players in the last game before the break to the 2022-23 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season.

Both Kostas Sloukas (back), Alec Peters (left ankle), and George Papas (right knee) have been ruled out of the Round 24 visit to ALBA Berlin. The next game is scheduled to be held at Mercedes-Benz Arena Wednesday.

Sloukas, 33, last played in Round 21 of the EuroLeague’s Regular Season. The experienced guard was up to 11.6 points, 6.6 assists, 2.3 rebounds, and 0.5 steals per contest coming off the bench in all 20 appearances this season. Averaging 6.5 points and 5.0 assists per game highlight his efforts in Greece’s Basket League.

Peters, 27, also last played in Round 21 packing 5.7 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.5 steals, 0.5 assists, and 0.2 blocks per game. At the domestic level, the Valparaiso product is up to 9.3 points per contest.

Papas, 24, was a late scratch in last week’s Round 23 home fixture opposite Anadolu Efes. The rookie out of Monmouth has logged one game played in EuroLeague and eight in the Basket League tallying 3.6 points per game across both competitions.

Despite playing shorthanded, the Reds have extended the EuroLeague winning streak to five games over the last few weeks. They are up to eight wins in a row across all competitions since losing to AS Monaco on 10 January.

For the Berlin outfit, outside Marcus Eriksson dealing with a foot injury since the previous season, Maodo Lo (knee) is questionable to play against Olympiacos. Barring another setback, the rest of the players are expected to be available for head coach Israel Gonzalez.
