After the extensions of Roman Sorkin and Lorenzo Brown, Maccabi will, reportedly, open Bonzie Colson’s contract with the intention of extending it long-term. Colson is highly appreciated by Maccabi that wants to see him in the blue and yellow jersey long-term.
After a short stint with Milwaukee Bucks, Bonzie’s European adventure starter in 2019 in Turkey where he spent one season with Darussafaka. Then he moved to France where he inked a contract with SIG Strasbourg. In 2021 he returned to Turkey only this time playing for Pinar Parsiyaka.
He landed in Tel Aviv last year and immediately made an impact in EuroLeague. In 23 games he averages 10,6 points per game. His best performances came against Partizan (19 points) and Panathinaikos (29 points).
