After weeks of rumors, it’s finally official: Nikola Milutinov has signed a two-year contract with Olympiacos, coming back to the Greek powerhouse after three years. Eurohoops broke the news earlier.
The Serbian center, who started his career with Hemofarm Vršac before moving for three seasons in Partizan, first joined Olympiacos in 2015, at the age of 21, spending five years with the red-and-white Greek powerhouse.
In 2020, Milutinov joined CSKA Moscow but once Russia invaded Ukraine he couldn’t play in the EuroLeague anymore. He has been averaging 7.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in his whole career in the European competition but never managed to lift the trophy.
With Partizan Belgrade, Olympiacos, and CSKA Moscow, he won 1 ABA League, 1 Greek championship, 1 VTB League, and 1 SuperCup VTB League, being named MVP of the 2022-23 VTB League, averaging 14.6 points, 8.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 45 games.
