Fenerbahce Beko is negotiating with Sertac Sanli, as first reported by SDNA, and the talks have advanced. Two sides have not yet made a deal on a two-year contract, but the negotiations are going in a positive way, Eurohoops sources confirm.
Sanli’s contract with Barcelona has expired after two seasons, and with the Catalan team trimming its budget and changing the coach, his future at the club became uncertain.
Supposedly, Barcelona also offered him a new deal on lower terms, as RAC1 reported.
Sanli joined Barcelona in 2021 after winning the EuroLeague with Anadolu Efes. In the previous season, he played 36 games in the EuroLeague, averaging 6,2 points and 3,1 rebounds, as well as 38 games in the ACB League with an average of 7,3 points and 3,4 rebounds.
