Olympiacos continues to consider cases that could fill the void left by Sasha Vezenkov in the “4” position, with Luke Sikma being a player high on the Reds’ list, as Gazzetta.gr first reported.
After losing Sasha Vezenkov, who chose the other side of the Atlantic, and with Nikola Mirotic ending up breaking down the talks with the Greek club, Sikma has emerged as a candidate.
At the age of 34, Luke Sikma is free on the market, after a total of six years with ALBA Berlin, and is being examined by Olympiacos, in order to take the next step in his career.
For now there is no agreement, but Olympiacos has him high on their list.
Sikma finished last season averaging 7.6 points (53.9% shooting, 28.6% three), 5.3 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1 steal, and 2.5 turnovers in a total of 22:28 minutes while also averaging 12.9 Evaluation system.
