Fenerbahce Beko has reached a 1+1 year deal with the United States forward Nate Sestina (1997, 2.06).
Nate Sestina wore Bucknell (2015-2019) and Kentucky (2019-20) jerseys during his college years.
Sestina competed with the Long Island Nets form of the G-League teams in the 2020-21 season. He played in 15 games in this organization and averaged 7.7 points and 2.7 rebounds. Transferred to Israeli representative Hapoel Holon in March 2021, Sestina averaged 10.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in the Israeli League, where he played 14 games.
Having experienced the NBA Summer League with the Utah Jazz in the summer of 2021, Sestina spent the 2021-22 season with Merkezefendi. While playing in all 30 games, he averaged 9.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists. Sestina stood out with a 45.5% three-point percentage.
In the summer of 2022, Sestina showed up once again in the NBA Summer League with the Sacramento Kings organization, and most recently played in with Türk Telekom’s jersey.
