Giannoulis Larentzakis signed three-year contract extension with Olympiacos

Olympiacos Piraeus has confirmed that shooting guard Giannoulis Larentzakis has signed a new three-year contract at the club, with his new deal set to expire at the end of the 2025-26 season.

Larentzakis, who had one year left on his contract heading into the upcoming campaign, averaged 6.4 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.0 assists and a 4.8 PIR in 41 bench appearances last season as Olympiacos reached the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Championship Game.

He had his best campaign to date posting 7.4 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists and a 6.0 PIR in the 2022-23 regular season of the bench.

The 29-year-old shooting guard, who has previously played for Aigaleo (2010-11), Ikaros Kallitheas (2011-13), Aris Thessaloniki (2013-14), Kolossos Rodou (2014-16), AEK Athens (2016-19) and UCAM Murcia (2019-20), has become a real fans’ favorite since joining Olympiacos and now the Reds’ supporters can continue to watch him for another three years.
