Losing a former NBA player like Nikola Mirotic and having added Willy Hernangomez, Barcelona reportedly wants another player from the NBA. According to Mundo Deportivo and Home of Glory, in fact, Roger Grimau’s team is now looking at the situation of Jabari Parker, who has already passed the medical tests with the Catalan side.

While there’s not a deal yet between the two parties, the reigning ACB champions made sure Jabari Parker’s physical status would be okay after years full of knee problems in the United States of America.

Selected with the No.2 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks, he spent four years in Wisconsin, moving on to play for the Chicago Bulls, the Washington Wizards, the Atlanta Hawks, the Sacramento Kings, and finally the Boston Celtics.

Playing next to Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown in the 2021-22 season, he had 4.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 0.5 assists per game, but never played a single minute the following year. In his 8-year NBA career, the Duke Blue Devils product has been averaging 14.1 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game.
