Panathinaikos beats Peristeri for new preseason win

Panathinaikos Athens beat Peristeri BC 84 – 75 to grab its second straight preseason win after the one over Cluj-Napoca.

Six Panathinaikos players scored in double figures. Marius Grigonis had 15 points, Jerian Grant and Olek Balcerowski added 14 points apiece while Luca Vildoza dropped 13 points. Lefteris Mantzoukas posted 11 points plus 12 rebounds and Kostas Sloukas notched 10 points plus 10 assists. The Greens are still missing players due to World Cup or injuries like Juancho Hernangomez, Mathias Lessort, Ioannis Papapetrou and Dinos Mitoglou.

For Peristeri, Jaylen Hands had 14 points and Nate Renfroe scored 12.
