The newest 12.000-seat ASVEL home will be ready soon, and it has been announced the French team will go up against Bayern Munich for the first-ever Turkish Airlines EuroLeague game in the LDLC Arena, on the 23rd of November.
The one against Pablo Laso’s newest team will be just the first of 11 encounters TJ Parker’s squad will play in the LDLC Arena. They will also face Panathinaikos (14th of December), Olympiacos (22nd of December), Real Madrid (28th of December), Zalgiris Kaunas (4th of January 2023), ALBA Berlin (12th of January 2023), Fenerbahce (30th of January 2023), Olimpia Milan (1st of March 2023), Anadolu Efes (15th of March 2023), AS Monaco (28th of March 2023), and finally FC Barcelona (12th of April 2023).
Tony Parker had encouraging words for this initiative. “This is a great day, a very important step in the evolution of our club. With Gaëtan Muller, my childhood friend, we always had this ambition to see our team evolve in such a grandiose setting. When I see the LDLC Arena, I feel a lot of emotion and excitement for the future, and I can’t wait to be on November 23 for the first of many great nights!”, LDLC ASVEL’s President commented.
