The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season hasn’t even started yet and players are already dealing with injuries. It’s the case of Maodo Lo, who reported a muscle injury to the adductor muscles of his left thigh during the LBA opening game against Treviso, as announced by Olimpia Milano.
Maodo Lo, who’s coming off the golden victory at the 2023 FIBA World Cup with Germany, has been averaging 11.6 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game in last year’s EuroLeague with ALBA Berlin over 26 total appearances. In his first official game in Italy, he had 6 points in the 86-80 win.
The red-and-white reigning Italian champions are set to begin the 2023-24 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season on the road against Fenerbahce on October 6 at 19:45 CET.
