After announcing the return of Dusko Ivanovic in Vitoria, Saski Baskonia officially brought the 27-year-old point guard Chris Chiozza to the Basque Country, marking his debut in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, where they are currently 1-4 and 16th in the standings.
Former player of the Houston Rockets, Washington Wizards, Brooklyn Nets, and Golden State Warriors – where he won the 2022 NBA Championship -, the American playmaker moved overseas for the first time last season, averaging 9.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game in Spain, winning six games out of eight.
Before his short adventure in the ACB League, the soon-to-be 28-year-old spent his whole career between the NBA and the G-League, representing several times the Capital City Go-Go while also suiting up for the Long Island Nets and the Santa Cruz Warriors.
