Coming off a three-game winning streak in the EuroLeague with important victories against Panathinaikos, AS Monaco, and Milano, Partizan Belgrade could have several absences facing Zalgiris Kaunas on the road.

Before traveling to Lithuania, Zeljko Obradovic addressed the situation. “We have problems compared to the last game. Ognjen [Jaramaz] will certainly not train, Zach Leday has problems, and James Nunnally too. I don’t know if there will be eight or nine four us in practice, so we will prepare for the new game, and we will see tomorrow what condition these players are in and if they will be able to help us when the match comes”, the Serbian head coach commented.

Moreover, as Mozzart Sport reported, other key players are in doubtful conditions ahead of the clash with the Lithuanian side in the EuroLeague Round 14. Aleksa Avramovic is out with a broken leg, and both Urus Trifunovic and Frank Kaminsky are question-marked for the appointment.

Zach LeDay and James Nunnally have been crucial for the black-and-white side so far in this year’s EuroLeague. Alongside Kevin Punter’s return, the former contributed to the recent wins and he’s averaging 11.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.1 assists, while the latter is putting up 13.3 points with 60.7% from two, 50.0% from three-point range, and 90.7% at the line.

The Serbian team, who started the EuroLeague season in difficult circumstances down 1-4, is now perfectly in the mix for the Playoffs race, standing 6th tied with Olympiacos, Valencia, Maccabi, and Anadolu Efes with a 7-6 record.
