After the incidents in Baskonia which included charges of sexual aggression against one of them, the visit of 400 Partizan fans in Valencia ended up including police intervention.
Many of them moved to seats that were allocated to local fans, who were relocated forcefully, with the Valencia officials trying to contain the situation.
Via their social media, the Spanish club issued the following press release: “Valencia Basket wants to apologize to its fans, especially those whose location was close to sector 218, for the events carried out by the Partizan fans, who occupied seats that were not theirs and showed uncivil behavior, forcing the action of the security forces and the decision to relocate the taronja fans. The Club will work to ensure that a similar situation never occurs again”.
As you can see in the video of the incident, arena security, and police contained Partizan fans in sector 218.
Not what you would expect to see on a #EuroLeague game
