In the EuroLeague Regular Season Round 16, Jerian Grant helped Panathinaikos get the on-the-road 76-68 win over his former team in Milano. After the game, SDNA reported that the 2022-23 EuroCup MVP is set to extend his contract with the Greek team until 2026.

Dimitris Giannakopoulos previously shared his appreciation for the former NBA guard. “I hope you understand that you will be a resident of OAKA for many years to come”, Panathinaikos‘ president shared on his social media about the former Turk Telekom Ankara player.

Joining Ergin Ataman’s team in the summer to reinforce the backcourt which counts on Luca Vildoza, Kostas Sloukas, Kendrick Nunn, and Marius Grigonis among others, he has been spending 28:27 minutes on the court, being the second-most used player on Panathinaikos’ roster.

Shooting 47-4% from the two-point line, 45.0% from beyond the arc, and 88.2% at the free throw line, the 30-year-old player has been averaging 8.6 points per game, while also adding 2.1 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.8 steals (2nd in the EuroLeague) per game.
