After replacing TJ Parker at the end of October, appointed officially as the newest head coach of ASVEL, Gianmarco Pozzecco is no longer on the bench of the French team.
As communicated by Tony Parker’s team, Pierric Poupet will replace the Italian national team’s head coach as ASVEL’s head coach. Edoardo Casalone will stay as assistant coach, alongside Joseph Gomis and Karim Atamna.
Gianmarco Pozzecco will stay at the head of the Italian national team, which will face the Olympic Qualifying Tournament this summer to try get to Paris 2024.
