The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague has announced disciplinary sanctions for Round 22, imposing a fine on Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet.
“Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade has been sanctioned with a fine of €5,000 for the repeated throwing of objects onto the playing court on the occasion of its home game against Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz under Article 29.2.h) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code,” as per the official announcement.
Crvena Zvezda lost the game to Baskonia 90-91 and dropped to 9-13, while the Spanish side, thanks to Markus Howard scoring 32 points, improved its score to 12-10.
