Being both absent from the scenes since the EuroLeague Round 21’s OT victory against Valencia on January 11, Sergio Llull and Walter Tavares are now expected to come back to play for Chus Mateo’s team, according to Spanish journalist Carlos Sánchez Blas.
They will definitely take part in the Spanish team’s trip to Malaga for the upcoming Copa del Rey, where Real Madrid will first face UCAM Murcia on February 15 at 18:00 CET. Also, they are expected to travel to Milano for the EuroLeague Round 26 appointment in Italy.
Backed up by the best version of Vincent Poirier, Walter Tavares has been averaging 10.2 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game in this year’s EuroLeague after being named Final Four MVP in Kaunas. Sergio Llull, instead, is scoring 8.4 points per game.
