Panathinaikos Athens announced that the club banned for life a fan who swore at a referee during the EuroLeague game against Fenerbahce Beko.

Panathinaikos AKTOR has always been committed against any form of violence as the club has proven many times through its stance. The atmosphere that our fans created in a packed OAKA arena was once again excellent and we thank them from our heart for that. It goes without saying that we unequivocally condemn the verbal attack against one of the referees by a “fan.” It goes without saying that we won’t allow one person to spoil the excellent image of our supporters as a whole. It also goes without saying that his season ticket is removed and he’s banned for life from entering OAKA.
