Olympiacos will face Barcelona in Piraeus in the do-or-die Game 4 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoffs with the help of Kostas Papanikolaou.
The captain of the “red and whites” suffered from a severe virus, which kept him out of the two games in Palau Blaugrana and Game 3 in the Peace And Friendship Stadium.
Papanikolaou is returning, but Luke Sikma will be out of the squad for tonight’s game against Barcelona.
The captain’s presence is very important for Georgios Bartzokas’s side. The experienced Greek has averaged 7.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in 34 EuroLeague appearances this season.
Barcelona is currently leading 2-1 in the series, with Olympiacos trying to return to Palau Blaugrana for a decisive Game 5.
