No surprises regarding the Most Valuable Player Award by ELPA for the 2023-24 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season, as Mike James received it after being named MVP by the EuroLeague as well.
One different award from the official competition was the Defensive Player of the Year, as ELPA – unlike what happened in the EuroLeague, where Thomas Walkup got the Award – named Jerian Grant from Panathinaikos as the Best Defender of the Season in Europe.
Finally, lifting the fourth EuroLeague title of his career, being only the second-player ever to win it with three different teams, Kostas Sloukas was named both the Best Sixth Man and the Most Clutch Player of the Season by his EuroLeague colleagues.

- 2024 ELPA Players’ Choice Award Best Newcomer: Kendrick Nunn (65.7% of votes)
- 2024 ELPA Players’ Choice Award Most Clutch Player: Kostas Sloukas (42.9% of votes)
- 2024 ELPA Players’ Choice Award Most Respected Player: Kyle Hines (50.7% of votes)
- 2024 ELPA Players’ Choice Award Fair Play: Luke Sikma (30.4% of votes)
