Milos Teodosic will keep playing for Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet through the 2024-25 season.

At 37, he inked a one-year contract, the team announced on Thursday.

Entering the offseason, he was expected to renew his contract. Landed by Zvezda last July, he naturally became a fan favorite, combining unique skills and experience with his established support of the club as a fan. Overcoming adversity and adjustments in his playing role, he was a key part of a Triple Crown, winning the AdmiralBet ABA League, AdmiralBet Basketball League of Serbia, and Radivoj Korac Cup.

Carrying a long list of individual and team achievements, Teodosic painted his 12th campaign in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague with 9.4 points, 5.9 assists, 2.0 rebounds, 0.7 steals, and 0.1 blocks per contest over 27 appearances, including four starts. In contrast to success at the regional and domestic level, his side finished the Regular Season at 11-23, six wins away from a berth in the Play-In Showdown.

A former EuroLeague champion with CSKA and season MVP with Olympiacos, other previous teams include the Los Angeles Clippers and a two-season spell attached to 60 games played in the NBA from 2017 to 2019.

The team based in Belgrade previously announced two-year contract extensions for captain Branko Lazic, Joel Bolomboy, and Rokas Giedraitis. Also, Uros Plavsic emerged as the first newcomer. On the opposite route, Freddie Gillespie and Mike Tobey parted ways with the storied club at the end of their respective contracts.
