Barcelona announced coach Joan Pennarroya and reportedly has a deal with Mario Hezonja, but the club’s management is keeping busy after a disappointing 2023/24 season.
The Catalan team is interested in Kevin Punter, and Eurohoops can confirm that they have already sent their proposal to Partizan’s captain.
However, the US guard has a deal for another season with the Belgrade outfit and wants to continue playing under Zeljko Obradovic in Serbia. The ball is in in Partizan ‘s court.
Kevin Punter joined Partizan in 2021 and, after two seasons, signed a contract extension for two more last summer.
During the 2023/24 season, he averaged 15 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in the EuroLeague for the Black and Whites, being their leading scorer and the eighth-best scorer in the continental competition.
