The 4th EHCB Congress in Athens started with a roaring success

The 4th EHCB Congress opened up with a bang in Greece, as more coaches than ever are attending the event.

Per the press release: The 4th League Head Coaches Board in collaboration with the Greek Coaches Association (ΣΕΠΚ) opened its doors on Thursday in front of 700 coaches from all over the world who watched the first day of the biggest basketball clinic in Europe in person or via livestream.

EuroLeague Coach of the Year Chus Mateo of Real Madrid was the first to give a masterclass, followed by EHCB member and Olympiacos assistant coach Stefanos Triantafyllos.

The day ended with a panel discussion about mental health as part of the Empow3rd Forw4rd by Stoiximan

EHCB president Dimitris Itoudis, Pablo Laso, TJ Parker, Sasa Obradovic, Selcuk Ernak, and Professor Vilija Biciunaite explain the importance of the subject in modern sports.

The Congress continues with three more days of action that include masterclasses by Olympiacos coach Giorgos Bartzokas and Maccabi Tel Aviv coach Oded Kattash, two more panel discussions with the presence of the Toronto Raptors coach Darko Rajakovic and Sacramento Kings forward Sasa Vezenkov and end with a joint masterclass by Zeljko Obradovic and his longtime collaborator in Panathinaikos Dimitris Itoudis.

The Congress has the support of the Greek sports ministry, the Greek tourism organization, and the municipality of Glydafa.
