After announcing the arrival of Armoni Brooks, another backcourt player has been added by Olimpia Milan to reinforce Ettore Messina’s team. Signing a two-year deal with the red-and-white side, Nenad Dimitrijevic officially left UNICS Kazan to debut in the EuroLeague.
“I’m very happy and grateful to be now a part of this historic club. I’m excited for the opportunity to be part of the history of Olimpia and will try to help the team win hopefully important trophies. I can’t wait to get started, I will see you all very soon”, the North Macedonian guard commented.
He’s coming off a two-year experience (the first on loan from Valencia) with UNICS Kazan in the VTB League, where he won the championship in 2023 by being named MVP of the VTB League Finals. Last season, he was named MVP of the Season with 18.2 points and 7.0 assists per game.
Moving from Skopje to Badalona, he followed the green-and-black team’s youth system, debuting professionally in 2016 with Joventut, where he stayed until 2021. He then moved to Valencia, where he averaged 5.5 points and 3.9 assists in the 2021-22 BKT EuroCup.
With the North Macedonian national team, he has been shining for years. In the 2025 EuroBasket Pre-Qualifiers, he has been averaging 24.5 points and 5.5 assists per game, dragging his country to the next stage. At the latest FIBA window, he put up 28.5 points per game against Poland and Estonia.
