Partizan continues making significant changes prior to the 2024/25 season.

Alen Smailagic has left the club and is expected to join Zalgiris. According to Meridian Sport, two new signings are on the way – Tyrique Jones and Isaiah Mike.

Smailagic spent three years with the Belgrade club, winning the ABA League in 2023. He is leaving after his contract expired, with reports linking him to a move to Zalgiris and former Partizan head coach Andrea Trinchieri.

As for the new signings, Jones played for Anadolu Efes last season, averaging 7.2 points and 4.3 rebounds, while Mike was one of the standout players for JL Bourg on their way to the EuroCup finals, averaging 12.8 points and 4.2 rebounds.

Partizan has already signed Vanja Marinkovic, Gabriel Lundberg, and Frank Ntilikina. They are also expected to add Arijan Lakic and former Real Madrid player Mario Nakic.

Before Smailagic’s departure, Zeljko Obradovic’s side parted ways with Kevin Punter and Zach LeDay, with the former joining Barcelona and the latter returning to Olimpia Milano.
