Fenerbahce Beko continues to make moves ahead of the 2024/25 season. The Turkish champions have parted ways with Sehmus Hazer and officially added Erten Gazi to their ranks.
Hazer, who previously played for Bandirma and Besiktas, spent the last three seasons at Fenerbahce, winning two Turkish championships and a Cup in 2024.
He averaged 8.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in the TBSL over the previous season, appearing in 30 games. However, he had a minor role in the EuroLeague with only six appearances.
Gazi arrives at Fenerbahce from their Istanbul rivals, Anadolu Efes. He began his professional career there in 2013 and spent his first two seasons on loan at Pertevniyal before going overseas for college. He spent two years at DePaul and two more at Fordham before returning to Anadolu Efes in 2020.
The Turkish international played 16 games in the TBSL last season, averaging 8.3 points and 1.6 rebounds, while also having a minor role in the EuroLeague with 10 appearances.
