Crvena Zvezda has already made five signings ahead of the 2024/25 season and is still looking to reinforce its ranks.
According to Meridian Sport, the ABA League champions want to bring back Serbian national team player, Filip Petrusev.
Reportedly, the expected return of Sasha Vezenkov to Olympiacos could open the door for Petrusev’s move to his former club.
He donned the Crvena Zvezda jersey in the 2022/23 season before heading to the NBA, where he had brief stints with the Philadelphia 76ers and Sacramento Kings, after which he returned to Europe with Olympiacos.
The Serbian club is allegedly looking to add another big man who can cover the four and five positions, and Filip Petrusev seems to fit perfectly.
