Baskonia continues building its roster for the upcoming season under head coach Pablo Laso, with the addition of former NBA guard Trent Forrest.

As officially announced, Forrest signed a two-year deal to play the EuroLeague for the Vitoria-based team.

After going undrafted in 2020, Forrest joined the Utah Jazz and two years later moved to the Atlanta Hawks, where he spent the previous two seasons.

The former Florida State student amassed 151 regular season appearances in the NBA for the Jazz and Hawks, and he also played a bit in the G League.

Forrest is the fourth signing for Baskonia this summer, following Kamar Baldwin, Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot, and Donta Hall.
