After a season with Partizan, Ognjen Jaramaz moves to Baskonia

Baskonia confirmed another reinforcement by adding Serbian point guard Ognjen Jaramaz to its ranks.

As officially confirmed, Jaramaz joined Pablo Laso’s team for the upcoming 2024/25 season.

Ognjen Jaramaz (Kruševac, 1995) and Baskonia have reached an agreement until 2025. The 1.93-meter point guard, a full international with Serbia, arrives from Partizan and will join the Barça team’s preseason in the next few hours.

Jaramaz, who was trained at Serbian club Mega, has extensive experience in European basketball and is also familiar with the Endesa League after playing with San Pablo Burgos in the 2018-19 season, where he averaged 6.4 points. From 2018 to 2021, Ognjen continued his career at Partizan Belgrade and averaged 9.5 points and 2.6 assists in the EuroCup during the 2020-21 season.

For the following two seasons, he wore the Bayern Munich jersey, where he made his EuroLeague debut and averaged 6.8 points in the 2021-22 season and 6.4 points in the 2022-23 season. Last season, Jaramaz played 22 games in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague with Partizan and averaged more than 12 minutes per game.
