The case of Moustapha Fall concerned Georgios Bartzokas and Olympiacos as the French center risked being ruled out for several months due to potential surgery on his left leg.

However, after being medically checked, nothing serious was detected as communicated by the Greek side. The 32-year-old experienced big man is showing significant progress in his recovery, and his return to action is expected as natural, without needing to undergo surgery.

Competing at the latest EuroLeague Final Four, he promised 7.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game internationally. At the domestic level, he was forced to miss the whole Greek League Playoffs after suffering a stress fracture in the fourth metatarsal of his left foot.

Also due to his current injury status, he wasn’t involved in any national team plans by France’s head coach Vincent Collet preparing for the Olympic Games in Paris. France went on to capture the silver medal, losing only to Team USA in the final.
