Brescia beats Virtus in Roberto Ferrari Final

Miro Bilan scored 28 points as Brescia defeated Virtus Bologna 101 – 96 in the Final of the Roberto Ferrari tournament.

Will Clyburn led Virtus with 18 points. Rayjon Tucker had 15 points and Ante Zizic dropped 14 points for a Virtus team that was without key players such as Tornike Shengelia, Isaia Cordinier and Matt Morgan.

Apart from Bilan, Jason Burnell scored 19 points for Virtus. Demetre Rivers added 17 points and Amedeo Della Valle had 14 points.

Virtus will next face Olympiacos Piraeus Saturday (14/9) on the opening day of the Heraklion Cup, held in Greece.
