Fenerbahce Beko opened the 4th International Basketball Tournament Crete with an 81 – 76 win over Olimpia Milano.
Wade Baldwin scored 14 points and dished out four assists for Fenerbahce while Nigel Hayes Davis posted 12 points and five rebounds. Scottie Wilbekin dropped 10 points while hitting the basket for the 81 – 76 with 52 seconds remaining.
Milano newcomer Nenad Dimitrijevic led the team with 14 points and five rebounds. Leandro Bolmaro scored 13.
Fener will face the winner of Olympiacos Piraeus – Virtus Bologna Sunday (15/9) while Milano will play against the losing side.
