Not the best of starts to the season for Olimpia Milan, which first lost to Monaco in the first game of the 2024-25 EuroLeague season and will now have to deal with an unexpected injury.
Josh Nebo, last year’s EuroLeague best rebounder and early protagonist in the Italian Supercup victory by Ettore Messina’s team, will be out for at least two weeks.
“During the Monaco EuroLeague game, Josh Nebo reported a muscle injury in the left groin region. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks, Olimpia Milan announced”, the Italian club announced with a press release.
This means the red-and-white powerhouse won’t have at its disposal last year’s Maccabi Tel Aviv center against Paris and Zalgiris Kaunas at home, while also on the road in Piraeus against Olympiacos.
