With one of two rounds in the first EuroLeague double-game week of the season in the books, we’re already looking at Round 4 action. Before focusing on games, however, we need to make sure our EuroLeague Fantasy Team presents the best choices available.
For example, this time you should trust Juancho Hernangomez, who’s one of Panathinaikos‘ most stable players so far. With Dinos Mitoglou and Cedi Osman still behind in playing time for the forward position, he has been averaging 13.7 of PIR. Investing 12.2 points on him makes sense.
Moving to Olympiacos, Shaquielle McKissic sounds like a solid choice too. Sasha Vezenkov’s “biggest fan” is one of Georgios Bartzokas’ most solid assets, and he has put up 25 PIR against Milan and 15 PIR in the losing effort against Fenerbahce. He only costs 8.5 points.
Martin Hermannsson’s start with ALBA Berlin has been impressive. Embracing the mentorship role on the German side, he’s by far the team’s leading player, averaging 16.3 PIR for just 8.9 points in EuroLeague Fantasy. You can keep trusting him, even against Fenerbahce.
Why not concluding with some solid presence in the paint, especially on the offensive end? After Josh Nebo’s departure and considering Wenyen Gabriel’s injury, Jasiel Rivero is Maccabi Tel Aviv‘s certainty in the center position. Costing only 11.2 points, he’s putting up 19.3 PIR per game. Take him.
