When it rains, it pours for Real Madrid. After dropping two games this week in the EuroLeague, the Spanish club will also have to compete at least for the next four weeks without one of their main offensive weapons.

Per a club announcement, Dzanan Musa has been diagnosed with a deltoid ligament injury on his right ankle. While no timetable for his absence had been announced, this kind of injury usually takes four to six weeks of recuperation.

Since 2022, Musa has been one of the main pillars of Madrid. He wasn’t used in the Round 7 game against Maccabi, despite being on the bench, and he initially injured his ankle on the 20th of October in the game for the Spanish league against Girona.

Real Madrid is also currently missing Andres Feliz and Usman Garuba who are still recovering from their injuries, and none of them are expected to return in the coming weeks.
