Onuralp Bitim, who completed last season in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls, is returning to Europe with a contract with Fenerbache and a roster spot with Bayern Munich.
As reported first by Turkish outlet Sports Digitale and confirmed by Eurohoops sources, Fenerbahçe Beko reached an agreement with Onuralp Bitim until the end of the 2027-28 season.
The 25-year-old player is expected to spend the 2024-25 season on loan with Bayern Munich.
Bitim, who shined wearing the Bursaspor jersey between 2021 and 2023, left the team in the summer of 2023 and signed a two-way contract with the Chicago Bulls.
The Turkish forward, who played in 23 matches with the Bulls jersey last season, later underwent surgery due to a retinal tear in his right eye and closed the season out of the courts.
Onuralp Bitim had an average of 3.5 points and 1.4 rebounds in his NBA tenure.
