Partizan fined with 50.000 euros for the incidents against Olympiacos

Partizan has to pay a total of 50.000 euros for a number of incidents in the home game against Olympiacos, including a fan entering the court and confronting coach Giorgos Bartzokas.

As the club announced: “Due to problems in the organization of the match against Olympiakos, as well as several incidents, including insults from the stands, throwing objects into the field, spectators entering the field, and spectator contact with the opposing coach, KK Partizan Mozzart Bet was fined a total of 50,000 euros by the Euroleague.

In this way, the Club once again appeals to the fans to support the black and white in a fair and sporting manner and not to do anything that could damage Partizan’s reputation or financial status!”

Partizan had already taken action and banned the fan who created the incident with the opposing coach.

Also, per the EuroLeague press release “Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens have been sanctioned with a fine amounting of €8,000 for the offensive chants committed by its fans on occasion of its home game against AS Monaco” and in the EuroCup, “Erdem Can, head coach of Turk Telekom Ankara, has been sanctioned with a fine amounting of €6,000 for the failure to comply with the instructions of the officiating crew on occasion of its home game against Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem”.
