Zach LeDay had one of the best nights since coming back to Milan.
He had a EuroLeague career high of 33 points with 6/10 from two-point range, 4/4 from three-point range, and a perfect 9/9 at the line to help his team win against Barcelona on the road, securing the 6th win in a row for Ettore Messina’s team.
In the post-game flash interview, the MVP of the Game, who finished with a 37 of PIR, got emotional and dedicated the 94-81 road victory to his father, who passed away after Partizan played in Barcelona.
“My dad was just with me tonight. The last time I was in this arena, I had to leave and go bury my dad”, he quickly reacted and got emotional remembering his father, who died in March.
“Tonight it was a crazy game. I was able to help my teammates, and they helped me. My dad was with me tonight. I managed to bring everything to my team, I was grateful to help my team”, he commented.
