After defeating Barcelona on the road in EuroLeague Round 18, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet is visiting Spain once again, this time to face Baskonia in Round 19.
In their first match of 2025 in Vitoria, coach Ioannis Sfairopoulos won’t be able to count on American power forward Mike Daum.
The former Tortona and Anadolu Efes player didn’t travel to Spain with the team and is set to miss the game at Fernando Buesa Arena, according to Serbian media.
It is yet to be determined how long Mike Daum will be absent. After playing in all 18 previous games, starting in 15 of them, his presence will definitely be missed in Zvezda’s 11th road game of the season.
Daum has averaged 6.2 points and 2.8 rebounds in the EuroLeague so far, but he played a significant role in last week’s historic win over Barcelona with 11 points and five rebounds.
