By Eurohoops team/ info@eurohoops.net

After Lonnie Walker left Kaunas and returned to the NBA, Zalgiris parted ways with another player.

As officially confirmed, Tomas Dimsa is no longer a part of Andrea Trinchieri’s team and will continue his career in the Spanish ACB League with Casademont Zaragoza.

Zalgiris club has terminated the contract with Tomas Dimsa by mutual agreement. He will continue his career with the Zaragoza team. Thank you for the time spent in Zalgiris, Tomas,” Zalgiris announced.

The 31-year-old has not played this season as he was recovering from a shoulder injury. He averaged 6.4 points and 1.7 assists last year in the Euroleague.

Dimsa will therefore return to Spain, where he previously played for Gran Canaria during the 2020/21 season.
