The protests in Serbia, led by students who are demanding accountability for the Novi Sad railway station tragedy, have gained support from many public figures, including prominent names in sports.
One of them is legendary Serbian player and current EuroLeague president, Dejan Bodiroga.
“I am very happy to be here. We are here to support the wonderful students, our children, our heroes. Full support until the end,” Bodiroga told the BBC.
He has attended previous gatherings as well, and on March 15, he once again took to the streets of Belgrade.
