Injuries continue to trouble Kamar Baldwin, and now the issue is with his hand.
As Baskonia has announced, the American guard will have to undergo surgery to repair an injury to the first phalanx of his right hand.
“Baskonia‘s playmaker has suffered a fracture in the first phalanx of his right hand and will need surgery. Medical tests conducted on Kamar Baldwin in the past few hours by the club’s medical staff, following a collision in last Sunday’s game against Real Madrid, have confirmed an unstable fracture in the first phalanx of his right hand, requiring surgical treatment for stabilization. Baldwin will undergo surgery, and his return to the team will depend on his recovery progress,” per Baskonia.
Baldwin, who recently lost his non-EU player status after making his debut for Georgia, is averaging 10.8 points, 3 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in the Liga Endesa, while his EuroLeague numbers stand at 7.1 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 3.7 assists.
