Olympiacos sidelines Nikola Milutinov and Luca Vildoza for two weeks

Nikola Milutinov and Luca Vildoza will be on the injury list of Olympiacos for at least two weeks.

The 30-year-old Serbian center was sidelined with patellar tendinitis. Over 24 appearances in the 2024-25 installment of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, he ha tallied 8.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 0.7 blocks, and 0.6 assists per contest.

A left hamstring strain forced the 29-year-old Argentine guard to the list of unavailable players for head coach Giorgos Bartzokas. He has averaged 5.3 points, 2.6 assists, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.7 steals per EuroLeague contest.

In addition, Evan Fournier due to a minor ankle injury, Giannoulis Larentzakis with an illness, and Nigel Williams-Goss were ruled out for the finale of the Stoiximan GBL Regular Season, a clash with Panionios Viva Juices in the Peace and Friendship Stadium, SEF, on Sunday. Keenan Evans (knee), Thomas Walkup (back), and Moses Wright (illness) remain sidelined.

A two-game cushion over second-placed Fenerbahce Beko with four games left in the EuroLeague Regular Season is considered likely to be enough to rank first in the final standings, heading to the Playoffs. In a two-game week of Europe’s premier club continental competition, Olympiacos visits LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne on Tuesday and hosts AS Monaco on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Reds have been placed in the second seed of the playoff bracket of Greece’s top flight before Round 22 of the GBL Regular Season. In a best-of-three series of the Quarterfinals, they will face the team securing the seventh seed via the Play-Ins.
