Moving into the last double-game week of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season, Real Madrid seeks a berth in the 2025 Playoffs. However, Facundo Campazzo and Bruno Fernando are considered questionable for a clash with EA7 Emporio Armani Milan in Movistar Arena on Tuesday.

“Both are going to undergo medical evaluation today and we will make a decision before the game tomorrow,” head coach Chus Mateo updated the status of Campazzo and Fernando, previewing the Round 31 fixture opposite Scarpette Rosse.

Leading into the next continental challenge, the 34-year-old Argentine guard was ruled out from an away game against Unicaja and the 26-year-old Angolan center suffered a thigh injury during Round 24 of Spain’s Liga Endesa Regular Season on Sunday.

On a five-game winning streak between the EuroLeague and ACB, Los Blancos are tied with Olimpia Milan and Anadolu Efes at 16-14, sitting on the bottom end of the EuroLeague Play-In Showdown zone. Since 2013, they have been a constant among the last eight contenders in Europe’s premier club continental competition, including three out of 11 championships in team history.

“Not at all,” Mateo downplayed a potential elimination from the Quarterfinals of the 2024-25 season, “When you give it your all, disappointment does not exist. We have made mistakes, but we are going to fight until the end, that is guaranteed. Missing the Playoffs or the Play-Ins, or winning the EuroLeague, those are stories for the future. I do not know what is going to happen.”
