Olympiacos is dealing with injuries to Moustapha Fall and Evan Fournier.

Fall has a right arm muscle strain and will be out for 7-10 days, while Fournier has a hematoma in his right ankle and is doubtful for the Alba match.

Giorgos Bartzokas’ coaching staff continues to face setbacks as injuries persist. Nikola Milutinov (knee swelling) and Luca Vildoza (hamstring strain) could return this week, but Thomas Walkup and Keenan Evans remain sidelined.

The team will miss these key players against Alba (April 4), and Fall may also miss the EuroLeague regular season finale against Maccabi (April 10) to be ready for the playoffs, where Olympiacos has secured home-court advantage.

This is not the first hematoma issue for Fournier, who was sidelined before the Panionios game due to an ankle injury.
