The 2024/25 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague postseason lineup is complete, but plenty of drama remains heading into the final round of the regular season.
Who will join already-qualified Olympiacos, Fenerbahce, and Panathinaikos in securing a direct Playoff spot? What will the Play-In picture look like?
There are numerous possibilities—especially between fifth and 10th place. Anadolu Efes, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona all hold 19–14 records, while Crvena Zvezda and Paris are just one win behind at 18–15.
With so many teams so close in the standings, ties are inevitable, and tiebreakers will play a crucial role in determining the final positions. The most important tiebreaker? Head-to-head results among all tied teams.
According to Real EuroLeague Standings if Anadolu Efes, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Crvena Zvezda, and Paris all finish with the same record—which is a realistic possibility—the standings from fifth to 10th place would be determined as follows based on their head-to-head results: Real Madrid (7–3), Anadolu Efes (6–4), Bayern Munich (5–5), Crvena Zvezda (4–6), Barcelona (4–6), and Paris (4–6).
It’s especially interesting that Paris can advance to Top 6, if Anadolu Efes, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Crvena Zvezda lose, but the French side defeats ALBA Berlin in Round 34. In that scenario, the standings from fifth to ninth would be: Real Madrid (5–3), Paris (4–4), Anadolu Efes (4–4), Bayern Munich (4–4), and Barcelona (3–5), with the higher cumulative score difference in head-to-head games among the tied teams determining the order of those with the 4–4 record.
With so many scenarios still in play, the Regular Season finale promises to be thrilling.
