Fenerbahce Beko is one step away from the EuroLeague Final Four in Abu Dhabi, as they defeated Paris in Game 2 of the Playoffs to take a 2–0 lead.
One of the key players in the second home win against the French side was Tarik Biberovic, who scored a EuroLeague career-high 20 points.
“This is normal, it’s normal. We played great as a team, we shared the ball well — that’s why I scored 20 points. As long as we play as a team, offensively and defensively, each and every one of us can shine,” Biberovic said about his and the team’s performance.
Up until Game 2 of the 2024/25 EuroLeague Playoffs, his career-best was 18 points.
“It’s easy. It’s a shame I didn’t score 20 points until now. Very easy. So I’m not so happy about it,” Fenerbahce‘s sharpshooter admitted.
Fenerbahce has now beaten Paris in all four EuroLeague encounters this season and has a chance to book a Final Four ticket next week in the French capital (29/04).
“We’re up 2–0, but nothing is over yet. They’re a very fast team, and they never give up. That’s why we need to start preparing right away and finish the job. Every one of us is thinking that way,” Tarik Biberovic concluded.
