EuroLeague Round 3 continued on Friday, with the action tipping off in Istanbul

Barcelona defeated Besiktas 95-82 in Istanbul to open the second day of EuroLeague Round 3.

Kevin Punter paced the visitors with 16 points and four assists, while Umoja Gibson added 15 points. Olivier Nkamhoua and Aleksander Balcerowski contributed 11 points apiece.

Scottie Wilbekin led Besiktas with 17 points, while Damyean Dotson scored 11. Ante Zizic finished with 10 points and nine rebounds, and Jaylen Nowell also scored 10.

Jones inspires Partizan’s comeback in Munich

Partizan rallied from 13 points down to beat Bayern Munich 86-84 and improve to 3-0.

Carlik Jones scored 12 of his 16 points in the final quarter and added five assists, while Tonye Jekiri finished with 17 points and five rebounds. Former Partizan guard Dwayne Washington led Bayern with 20 points but missed a potential game-winning three at the buzzer. Johannes Thiemann added 17 points and five rebounds.

Hayes-Davis returns as Panathinaikos stay perfect

Panathinaikos cruised past Maccabi Tel Aviv 90-67 in Athens to remain unbeaten after three rounds.

Guerschon Yabusele led the hosts with 17 points, while Nigel Hayes-Davis returned from injury with 13 points, four rebounds and four assists. Sylvain Francisco and Lefteris Mantzoukas scored 11 apiece, and Isaac Bonga added 10. Roman Sorkin paced Maccabi with 13 points as the visitors fell to 0-3.

Bingham leads Fenerbahce past Dubai

Fenerbahce handed Dubai its first defeat of the season with a 76-66 home win.

Marcus Bingham starred with 20 points and eight rebounds, Wade Baldwin added 14 points and five assists, and Braxton Key contributed 12 points and eight rebounds. Elie Okobo led Dubai with 18 points, while Dwayne Bacon and McKinley Wright scored 12 apiece. Mfiondu Kabengele grabbed 12 rebounds but was held to five points.

Valencia rally to keep perfect record

Valencia overturned an 11-point halftime deficit to beat ASVEL 105-92 on the road and improve to 3-0.

The visitors trailed 61-50 at the break but outscored the hosts 55-31 in the second half. Nikola Mirotic led Valencia with 22 points, while TJ Shorts added 17 points and six assists. Kameron Taylor scored 14 and Nate Reuvers contributed 13. Patty Mills paced ASVEL with 26 points, Hugo Besson added 19 points and six assists, and Jae Crowder finished with 10 points and seven rebounds.

Baskonia get off the mark against Milano

Baskonia claimed its first win of the season by beating Olimpia Milano 86-76 at home.

A.J. Lawson led the hosts with 16 points, Desonta Stewart added 12, while Chris Duarte and Marcio Santos scored 10 apiece. Moses Wright paced Milano with 17 points and six rebounds, Devon Hall recorded 12 points and 12 assists, and Alec Peters added 10 points and seven rebounds. Both teams finished Round 3 with a 1-2 record.
