Euroleague and Dogus refurbished four courts in Athens

Euroleague Basketball and Dogus Group presented in Athens under the OneTeam project and the StayInTheGame initiative four refurbished courts in the neighbourhoods of Pagkrati and Sepolia.

D.J. Strawberry and Ioannis Papapetrou from Olympiacos and Miroslav Raduljica and Vasilis Charalampopoulos from Panathinaikos, legends Fragiskos Alvertis and Theodoros Papaloukas, Kimon Stefos, Euroleague Basketball Head of Marketing Partnerships South-East Europe, and Selin Kocak, Head of CSR at Dogus Group were present in the events.

Also the honourable City Mayor of Athens, Giorgos Kaminis attended the opening event at Pagkrati accompanied by the President of the Sports, Youth & Culture Organization of the Municipality Christos Tentomas who will also be attending to opening event at Sepolia.

Mayor Kaminis even tried his luck, playing basketball with the kids and the players of Olympiacos and Panathinaikos.

DJ Strawberry and Ioannis Papapetrou were ready to show their support in the project.

Young Greek star, Vasilis Charalampopoulos was also there.

Athens Municipality has a total of 60 basketball courts, Dogus already refurbished a total of 32 courts in Turkey, this was the first event of the project outside Turkish Borders and similar events in Berlin, Germany, and Zagreb, Croatia, are expected to follow.
